Solid form of potassic salt of humic acids

HK potassic salt:

1. Drilling fluids – during geological survey of deposits of bitumen, coal, ores, and non-metalliferous raw materials and in the oil industry, it is used as viscosity modifier (liquefier), anti-filtering agent, and inhibitor of disintegration of slate and claystone. Drilling suspensions containing potassic salt of humic acids make bore hole walls more stable, reducing the danger of their care-in. Basic potassic drilling fluid inhibits disintegration of non-cohesive slate. It is possible to combine the product with inorganic salts, such as potassium chloride or potassium carbonate. Drilling fluid is thermostable up to 220^o C. For such borehole fluid of application, doses of 7-8 weight percents of the product are used .

Technical Standards:DRALIG products are manufactured in accordance with the joint-stock company’s technical standards marked TN – 01.

Trademark: The Bureau of Industrial Property in Prague, Czech Republic, protects the name DRALIG as a trademark under No. 254418.

Features: Product containing humic acids and their complexes. It is produced by processing Czech natural oxyhumolite with a high content of organic substances. These natural substances have extraordinary biological effectiveness. They are mixtures of potassic salts of humic and fulvic acids. The salts are highly water soluble.

Composition and Safety:Solid substance (flakes) with a minimum humic acid content of 60%. In an aqueous solution, it shows an alkaline reaction of pH 9,5 - 11,5. The product is non-toxic for both people and the environment. It endangers neither animals nor beneficial insects like bees, etc. Due to its alkaline reaction, it is necessary to use personal aids for protection of eyes and skin.

Packing: Standard packing includes: four-layer paper bags filled with the product net weight of 25 kilograms. 30 pieces of bags (750 kilograms) are placed on a disposable wooden pallet and fixed with shrink foil. There is a cardboard pad between the bags and the pallet.

On customer request, it is possible to assure different packing, e.g. paper bags with polyethylene inserts, high-capacity (up to 1,000 kilograms) polypropylene bags.

Customers are required to assure that packaging material will be recycled at their expense after applying the agent. The dosing mentioned above does not exempt customers from their responsibility for observing the appropriate sanitation directives.

Storage Conditions:The product can be stored in all types of indoor storage areas.

Guarantee Period: 5 years from production date.
