Solid form of sodium salt of humic acids

HK sodium salt:

1. Paper dyeing – used especially for packing and cardboard paper, where it is possible to apply the product for material or layer dyeing. Dyed paper has a high light permanency. The complexing effect of humic acids improves density, impervious ability, strength, resistance to bending and puncturing, and stickiness and shortens the breaking length of final products. Thanks to its structure, the dye also acts as a humidity regulator in final goods. For material dyeing, the total amount of applied sodium salts depends on the demanded shade, ranging between 2 and 8 weight percents (in relation to the weight of paper stuff air-dried under normal conditions). For layer dyeing, the consumption is approximately 0.25 weight percent.

2. Drilling fluid – used in concentration of up to 1 weight percent for liquefying viscous clay mud or activating probes from clay flushing. For plugging cement mixture, it is used as setting retarder in doses of up to 1 weight percent at temperatures below 80^o C.

Technical Standards: NUT MORDANT (HUMITAN) products are manufactured in accordance with the joint-stock company’s technical standards marked TN – 01.

Features: Product containing humic acids and their complexes. It is produced by processing Czech natural oxyhumolite with a high content of organic substances. These natural substances have extraordinary biological effectiveness. They are mixtures of sodium salts of humic and fulvic acids. The salts are highly water soluble.

Composition and Safety:Solid substance (flakes) with a minimum humic acid content of 66%. In an aqueous solution, it shows an alkaline reaction of pH 10.0 - 11.4. The product is non-toxic for both people and the environment. It endangers neither animals nor beneficial insects like bees, etc. Due to its alkaline reaction, it is necessary to use personal aids for protection of eyes and skin.

Packing: Standard packing includes: four-layer paper bags filled with the product net weight of 25 kilograms. 30 pieces of bags (750 kilograms) are placed on a disposable wooden pallet and fixed with shrink foil. There is a cardboard pad between the bags and the pallet.

On customer request, it is possible to assure different packing, e.g. paper bags with polyethylene inserts, high-capacity (up to 1,000 kilograms) polypropylene bags.

Customers are required to assure that packaging material will be recycled at their expense after applying the agent. The dosing mentioned above does not exempt customers from their responsibility for observing the appropriate sanitation directives.

Storage Conditions:The product can be stored in all types of indoor storage areas.

Guarantee Period: 5 years from production date.
